The GNU/Linux User Group is offering support for those who need help with GNU/Linux and Open Source software. To get help from the group you can subscribe to the general mailing list, or request a call and someone will get back to you. If you fill out the request form the information will be posted to the general mailing list and someone will volunteer to assist you.

Kutztown University Students

If you are a student attending Kutztown University and live on-campus another option exists for support. ResNet offers support for personal computers and in-room network connectivity. Simply select other as the operating system option when filling out the form.

Open Source & Free Software

If you are looking for a program being distributed and supported by the GNU/Linux user such as OpenOffice, FireFox, Thunderbird, or Freespire please visit Kutztown University's on-campus student computer services Resnet or contact one of the groups leaders.
